About ISCC
The International Symposium on Cement and Concrete is a brand-name conference in the field of cement concrete technology in China. Since the first conference was held in Beijing in 1985, 9 sessions have been successfully held in the cities such as Xi’an, Jinan, Nanjing, Wuhan, etc. Under the new situation of transformation and upgrading, energy saving, emission reduction, and low-carbon development, this conference with the theme of “Low-carbon and Green Development” will focus on cementitious materials, concrete, application of new materials and new processes, and environmental protection in production and application processes.
This event is jointly organized by the Chinese Ceramic Society (CCS) and China Building Materials Academy (CBMA), as South China University of Technology (SCUT) being the co-organizer of the event. The International Symposium on Cement and Concrete (ISCC), formerly known as the Beijing International Symposium on Cement and Concrete initiated in 1985, is aimed to stimulate worldwide cooperation and communication on cement chemistry and concrete technology, and to strengthen the focus on global sustainability from the cement and concrete society. During ISCC2022, the latest scientific and technological advances on cement and concrete materials since 2017 in which the 9th International Symposium was organized will be reviewed, and topics concerning but not limited to low-carbon and green development in the field of cement and concrete materials will be discussed. ISCC2022, providing the unique platform for researchers, engineers and other professionals to exchange and share their views and experience, will welcome practitioners from all over the world.

About Guangzhou City
